David did an outstanding job for me! First of all, I met David due to his good old fashion work effort. He cold-called property owners on my street! Does anybody do that anymore in these times of instant gratification? As it turned out his timing was perfect and it led to the sale of my home on one of the most beautiful streets in Bucktown! He brought me a buyer almost immediately. His communication was excellent! His follow through was perfect. When the deal looked like it was in trouble and might fall apart David's creativity, salesmanship, charm and tenacity pulled it through! I give David my highest recommendation!
